Yes. Members automatically receive membership renewal invoices by email. The email is sent from LiveSteam's payment service called Stripe on your club's behalf. These emails are customizable with your club's logo and preferred colors. The email contains an attached PDF invoice that your members can download and save for their records. The body of the email provides members with details of the invoice and a button to conveniently and securely pay the invoice, without having to log in to your club's website or LiveSteam.club. The secure link in each email sent to members is a temporary link to ensure high-security standards.
If members decide to pay the invoice and find an old email with the invoice and then click on an expired link, they will get an error like below:
The good news is that the member can simply enter their email address to receive a new email with the invoice and a new secure link to pay. After entering their email address the system will verify the email and provide a screen like this:
Now a member can simply open the new emaiil and make their payment by simply clicking on the button with a new secure link.
